Stream crashes are something that can be the result of a number of different factors such as an unstable network connection, bandwidth limits, hardware failure, and sometimes network restrictions.
There are a few things that we can recommend to help avoid stream crashes.
Using a network cable instead of a wireless connection for your devices if possible.
Wireless connections are naturally not very stable or recommended for streaming due to them being prone to issues like packet loss which can affect the performance of a stream and can lead to the stream stopping as a result.
These suggestions can help troubleshoot the issue:
- Making sure that your console, computer, and web browser are fully up to date.
- Due to the nature of these being updated constantly to help address issues or bugs that can result in the stream being unable to function as a result until the update has been applied and the device in question powered off and restarted for them to take full effect.
- Checking and restarting the modem and router for the Internet in your residence.
- Issues with streaming can sometimes be the result of an update to the network devices in your residence and a restart of the device may be needed to have that update apply.
- If you find that your modem and/or router is indicating an issue with your Internet connection, it is recommended to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance with that.

These are just a few examples of things that we would recommend checking first if you notice issues but you are also welcome to contact our support team if you have any questions or need any assistance with troubleshooting your stream!
