After signing up for a Lightstream paid plan, we offer the ability to switch both your frequency of billing as well as what plan you're currently on.
Switching between Monthly and Annual
To switch between billing frequencies, click the Lightstream logo in the top left and then click on your Account Settings. Once in the Account Settings menu, click the “Change to Monthly” (or Annual) button in order to switch your billing frequency. If going from monthly to annual, you will be billed the difference upon switching.
Switching between Plans
To switch between our available plans, click the Lightstream logo in the top left and then click on your Account Settings. Once in the Account Settings menu, click the “Change Plan” button in order to select your new plan. Please note: If upgrading your plan, you’ll immediately be refunded for the remaining days left in your current subscription, you will then be charged in full for the new plan.
