How do I set up my Playstation 4 or 5 to send to my Gaming Project

Note: The following method is a workaround and specific network conditions or setups may prevent it from working properly

You can get your Playstation 4 or 5 set up to send to your Lightstream Gaming Project with the following steps:

Playstation 4

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select "Network"
  3. Select "Set up Internet Connection"
  4. Choose the option that applies to your networking setup
  5. Select "Custom"
  6. Select "Automatic"
  7. Select "Do Not Specify"
  8. Select "Manual"
  9. Enter the address of the closest Lightstream DNS server found at https://psdnscheck.golightstream.com/
  10. Select "Do Not Use"

Playstation 5

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select "Network"
  3. Select “Settings”
  4. Select "Set up Internet Connection"
  5. Select your network
  6. Select Advanced Settings
  7. Under DNS Settings, choose Manual
  8. Enter the address of the closest Lightstream DNS server found at https://psdnscheck.golightstream.com/
  9. Set your Secondary DNS to 0.0.0.0

Save and you're all done!

Once you've done this you're all set to start broadcasting through the Twitch share integration and everything from your PS4 or PS5 will send to your Gaming Project.
